Terms of Service

I hereby authorize the work to be completed and agree to pay the balance owed to eTek immediately. All products and services come default with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise noted. If eTek puts anti-virus software on my computer, removal of this software voids my warranty.

Opening my computer or any other tampering voids my warranty through eTek and the manufacturer. All refunds are store credit only, no cash refunds. I understand that eTek may, at their discretion, make a backup of my data to prevent data loss before attempting a repair and I authorize them to do so, this backup will be deleted after 30 days unless I pay eTek $10 per month to save my backup data.

All transactions are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If I decide against having eTek complete work on my machine, I agree to pay the $35 diagnosis fee. My equipment becomes property of eTek if I fail to pick it up within 15 days of work completion. If paying by credit card, I agree to pay the total amount according to card issuer agreement.

I understand that it is my responsibility to remove software immediately that I do not own the license to. eTek does not take responsibility for my use of unlicensed software, and will gladly remove software for a nominal charge, if it is brought to our attention.

I understand that upon request eTek may install or instruct me to install software that gives them secure remote access to my machine. I agree to let them do this and understand that it will only be used to access my machine with my approval. I understand that I may uninstall this or request eTek to uninstall this. I agree to pay all fees incurred for any remote assistance that eTek may provide.

I accept the eTek Terms of Service Agreement and any future changes to this agreement.
