About Us

At 19 years old, Eric Smith had a dream: to own his own tech service company. He began modestly, repairing computers in his home in Northeast Ohio. In 2006, he fully realized his dream, purchasing office space and hiring the best staff he could find. Since then, eTek United has grown constantly, working with more clients and offering more services with the same enthusiasm and professionalism that Eric had when he was just starting out.

Since 2006, eTek United has provided 24/7 services for all of North East Ohio’s computer and electronics needs. We know that the mantra “think outside the box” has become cliché, but we really do think outside the box, coming up with solutions that the other guys won’t! It’s all part of our commitment to serve you the best way possible!
